Baseball Pitchers 3 Point Balance & Finish Cone Drill

This video shows a unique baseball pitchers front lead leg balance and finish drill.  3 cones are placed in front of the athlete in a L shape.  The pitcher starts from a mach throwing position while balancing on his lead blocking leg.  The pitcher works into a throw and finish frame touching the cone in each plane.  Great for developing balance and strength in the front side hip.  Try to keep your head up while you work through the drill for added intensity.
