Pitchers recovery movements - Wall Slides & Forearm Slides

In this video ARM Pitching Development athletes are demonstrating a couple of recovery movements we like to use for a cool down.  Wall slides and Forearm slides are used to engage and promote mobility / flexibility (range of motion) in the shoulders and back. Wall sides are also great for scapular upward rotational strength. You can perform these any time as a warm-up or cool down.  Try doing 10 - 15 reps each day or as needed.
